"I forgot something and came back to get it. I... didn't think you would be awake."

Aidan tried to get up, but the motion caused his back to flare in pain. Nothing permanent or too serious, but enough to make him groan and lay back down on the ground. He would just have to take it easy here for a bit before getting back up and heading home.
